
The Social and Environmental Sustainability Committee (SESC) which is the official advisory board to the student government (UCSD Associated Students) on issues of social justice and environmental sustainability will be starting the year off with a mixer/ social for people to meet and get involved in issues of climate change and global poverty at UCSD. What: Sensational Sustainability Shindig
Who: Hosted by the Social and Environmental Sustainability Committee (SESC) with representatives from One Earth One Justice, Amnesty International, Green Campus, Greeks Gone Green (GGG), Student Worker Collective (SWC), the Food Co-op, Students Take Action Now: Darfur (Stand), and others
When: 23 September from 4:00pm to 5:30pm
Where: Student Services Center Multipurpose Room 1st Floor (Between PC East and Center Hall) see maps.ucsd.edu for more directions
Oh and there will be free food!
