New Roots Community Farm Fundraiser at Sea Rocket Bistro
The New Roots Community Farm is on 2 acres in City Heights (a neighborhood near downtown SD). The farm was started by the International Rescue Committee (theirc.org) and will serve the local community there. The farm is facing a heap of city permit fees and needs financial help to get going. Featuring food donated by local farmers and artisans, 100% of the proceeds will go to the farm. For only $15, this will be a great way to give back to a local cause and get to know your local community!
