Does your roommate have awful morning breath?

We cannot deny that everyone has smelly breath when they wake up in the morning. Fortunately, you can prevent halitosis from developing throughout the day with simple, natural, and environmentally friendly methods!
Up to 90% of bad breath starts in the mouth, so keeping your mouth clean (especially your tongue) goes a long way.

Besides brushing and flossing:

1. Drink WATER! - drinking water keeps your mouth hydrated, producing more saliva that helps clean away bacteria that causes bad breath.

2. Eat Parsley - opt for the organic-certified

3. Scrub your tongue - either with your toothbrush or a recycled-plastic tongue scrubber, such as Preserve Tongue Cleaner.

4. Rinse your mouth- there are plenty of mouthwashes that are natural and organic without all the harsh chemicals (including alcohol). Try Jason Mouthwash Power Smile, which cleans with perilla seed and zinc.
